A common question from my clients is if they should keep a tub in their condo or home for resale value. A very small percentage of my clients have a tub on their wish list. While years ago a tub in the master bath was considered essential, times have changed. Most people are choosing walk-in showers over tubs, even jetted tubs. I recently removed a tub from our guest bath and installed travertine tile with a rain shower head. Instead of a glass door, I just installed a glass wall with rain guard protection.
